Job Description

Job Summary:
Responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of statistical and financial information relating to Business Processes projects, as assigned. The Data Analyst is responsible for providing accurate, relevant and timely analysis to the Executive Team, department director, and other internal and external customers. This position creates, maintains and utilizes applicable tools to input, process, audit and disseminate information. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Power Point is required. MS Access, Crystal reports, SQL, and project management software, is desired.

Education/Licenses and Certifications :
Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent experience in designated areas above - Preferred

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: One to three years minimum job related experience required.
Experience in fast paced healthcare environment with health care finance preferred.
Experience in Lean Six Sigma is ideal.
Must display good communication (written, verbal, and phone)
Strong organizational and follow through skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel).
Experience with data mining tools/systems preferred.
Must have excellent technical communication and documentation skills.
Must be an independent worker, self-starter, and possess critical thinking skills.
