POSITION SUMMARY: This position functions under the supervision of the Transfer Center Director. Facilitates a \"One Call\" process to coordinate and support the direct admission process of patients to NWTHS. This position supports an organizational culture for Service Excellence and practices the Service Excellence standards to all customer groups.

1. An RN currently licensed by the State of Texas

2. Previous in-hospital clinical experience is required

3. Independent decision making and organizational skills

4. Computer experience required

5. Manager/Supervisor experience desirable

6. Previous public contact work is recommended

7. Typing/keyboard skills
