POSITION SUMMARY: Performs employee, patient and visitor screening for infectious or communicable diseases at the entrance of Northwest Healthcare System, asking a few screening questions and performing a temperature check. Supports an organizational culture for Service Excellence and practices the Service Excellence Standards to all customer groups.
P R O V ISION OF SERVICES
Remains at the assigned entry point of the hospital throughout the shift, monitoring temperatures and asking visitors, patients, employees, vendors and medical staff scripted questions to ensure they are asymptomatic and free of symptoms that may pose a risk to other employees, patients and visitors at Northwest Healthcare System.
