OVERVIEW:
Are you looking for a new opportunity to stay home while using your education, skills and experience? As a Professional Therapeutic Foster Parent for the Bair Foundation, you can bring hope & healing to a child who has only known hardship. We are currently looking for families who have experience with traumatized children and teens who have mental health diagnoses. We need PTFC parents who love to help kids; parents who are willing to go above and beyond for these children. Love is always a starting point with traumatized children, but PTFC parents must be willing to stretch their comfort zone to bring about stability and restoration. The children we serve have been in several foster homes without success or have been in a psychiatric hospital or residential treatment centers. They need a safe home setting in order to recover from their past.
